9.1.5 +CPOL, Preferred Operators
This command is used to edit the PLMN selector lists in the SIM card or active application in the UICC
(GSM or USIM).
If no list has been previously selected, the EFPLMNwAcT - user controlled PLMN selector with Access
Technology list, is the one accessed by default.
