7-5-4 Diagnostics Page
The service platform uses a web-controlled user interface to provide access to common service
components and perform diagnostics. There are two types of diagnostics:
• Interactive: The user is required to perform an operation on the ultrasound unit in order for the test
to be completed successfully. This option is not applicable when used remotely.
• Non-Interactive: The tests are performed without the user’s intervention.
When the Diagnostics page is selected, as shown below, the options described in the following sections
are available:
• Utilities section, on page 7-99.
• PC Diagnostics section, on page 7-103.
• Front End Diagnostics section, on page 7-107.
