Saves the current withstand voltage test settings in the memory file specified in <data>.
Example
Saves data for withstand voltage tests to memory files.

Saves the withstand voltage test settings in Memory File 2.

The execution of this command in a state other than the READY state causes an execution error.
An execution error occurs when file numbers other than 1 to 10 are specified.
