Saves the current insulation resistance test settings in the memory file specified in <data>.
Example
Saves insulation resistance test data to memory files.
Transmission :MEM:INS:SAVE 2
Saves the insulation resistance test settings in Memory File 2.

The execution of this command in a state other than the READY state causes an execution error.
An execution error occurs when file numbers other than 1 to 10 are specified.
