Prepare a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe with an outer diameter of 32 mm.
Fasten the tubing to the drain hose with an adhesive and the factory supplied clamp. The drain piping must be performed
with a down-slope pitch of 1/25 to 1/100.
Pitch of 4% (1/25)
to 1% (1/100)
Max. 850 mm
Then insulate the drain hose appropriately.

Connect a trap to the drain hose at the angle indicated, as indicated in the gure (for RPI-(8.0/10.0)FSN3E).

If the relative humidity of the inlet air or the ambient air exceeds 80% in the place where the unit is installed, îš¿t an auxiliary drain pan (îš¿eld-
supplied) below the indoor unit, as indicated in the îš¿gure.

? NOTE
If there is excessive clearance between the drain pipe connection and the drain hose, add a sealing material between both parts in order
to îš¿t and not deform the drain hose.
