3.9 Basic training
At the end of the installation procedure, the Service engineer must instruct the user about the
basic operations of the autosampler. After this basic training, the user should be able to perform
the following operations:
• Single injection
• Automatic run
• Syringe purge
• Method and sequence creation and editing
• Syringe replacement (or Fiber replacement in case of SPME mode)
• Front and rear injector alignment
• Switch between modalities.
