TROUBLESHOOTING
LOW PEAK VOLTAGE
Ɣ Cranking speed is too low (battery is undercharged).
Ɣ Poorly connected connectors or an open circuit in the ignition system.
Ɣ Faulty ignition-coil.
Ɣ Faulty ignition control module.
NO PEAK VOLTAGE
Ɣ Short circuit in engine stop switch or ignition switch wire.
Ɣ Faulty engine stop switch or ignition switch.
Ɣ Loose or poorly connected ignition control module connectors.
Ɣ Open circuit or poor connection in ground wire of the ignition control module.
Ɣ Faulty ignition pulse generator.
Ɣ Faulty ignition control module.
PEAK VOLTAGE IS NORMAL, BUT NO SPARK JUMPS AT THE PLUG
Ɣ Faulty spark plug or leaking ignition coil secondary current.
Ɣ Faulty ignition coil.
