6. Use the choke knob in reference to the figure:
Position :Cold engine start-ambient
temperature below 5 C (40 F).
Position :Cold engine start-ambient
temperature at 0 C
(30 F)~30 C(90 F) and warming up
position.
Position :Cold engine start-ambient
temperature above 25 C(80 F) and
warm engine start position.

7. Completely close the throttle lever and start
the engine by pushing the start switch.

The engine can be started in any gear if the
brake lever is applied. However, it is
recommended to shift into neutral or park
before starting the engine.
When the select lever is in the neutral or
park position, if either indicator light does
not come on, ask a KYMCO dealer to inspect
its electric circuit.
