The 7-line, 24-character display also provides a QCC operator with descriptive
information about incoming and outgoing calls. This information includes the
extension numbers and any programmed labels (such as names), the line/trunk
identifiers, the reasons for call return and redirection, and the number of
unanswered calls waiting in the queue. See “Display” on page 247
for details on
call information displays.
The QCC is automatically assigned the buttons shown in Figure 42 on page 549
.
These assignments cannot be changed or reprogrammed. Each of these buttons
is described following Figure 42
.
