6.3 FUNCTIONS
6.3.1 FUNCTIONS OF REMOTE CONTROLLER
The Acceleration dial and operation levers control the Crane operation speed continuously
from stand-by, up to maximum speed.
In addition to handling the crane by remote control transmitter, manual operation can be
performed on the machine side, depending on the type of operation required. When the power
of the remote-control system is turned on, manual operation cannot be performed.
• ID data necessary for the operation of the transmitter is built in this remote control system.
If communications are not established when the power is turned ON or if they are interrupted
(poor reception or beyond reaching distance) during operation, the Forced zero position”
function is activated to return to the state in which no operation lever is pressed, to avoid
miss-operation or erroneous activation.
• This remote control system detects an unused frequency automatically.
