– Outrigger control units
The assignment to the carrier corresponds
to the top view.
Due to the position of the control units, the
displays on both sides differ.
In this example, the carrier would be stand-
ing higher to the rear on the right hand side.
Prerequisites The following prerequisites apply to manual and automatic alignment.
The main boom must be resting in the boom rest.
Or
– The main boom must be raised and
– the load must have been set down and
– the superstructure must be in the 0° or 180° position.

Risk of overloading the main boom
Always slew the superstructure to the 0° or 180° position and set down the
load before levelling the truck crane.
In other positions, the deformation of the carrier will create incorrect results
for the inclination and the truck crane will be at an angle. This could cause
the boom to become overloaded during crane operation.
