BAR

Removing
l.
Raise
the
vehicle
and
support
the
chassis
member.
2.
Disconnect
the
anti-roll bar
from
the
support
link
on
each
side.
3. Swing
the
anti-roll bar
down.
4.
Remove
the
bearing
straps,
bearing
rubbers
and
anti-roll
bar.
5.
Remove
the locators
if
tting
a new
anti-roll bar.

6. Check
the bushes
and
anti-roll
bar bearing
rubbers;
renew
if
worn.
Refitting

Fit
the bushes
and bearing
rubbers
to
the
anti-roll
bar.
Fit the
locators,
ensuring their
inner
faces
are
approximately

in
(237
mm) (A)
from
the
centre
of
the roll
bar.
Fit
the
anti-roll
bar
to
the
longitudinal
members.
WARNING:
The
anti-roll
bar
must
be tted
with
the
crank
(bolt
eye
for
support
link)
facing
downwards.
Connect
the
anti-roll bar
to
the
support
link
on
each
side.
Lower the
vehicle.
