If the communication is successful, the Lynx II Web Client application should download
to your browser and automatically connect to the Lynx II, rendering a page similar to the
following.

The Navigation view, left rectangular box, contains options for the Lynx II parameters
and application features.
• The Preferences options in the Navigator provide access to settings for changing
colors, graph types, etc.
• The Acquisition options in the Navigator provide access to the acquisition and
calibration settings.
• The Hardware options in the Navigator provide access to Lynx II’s MCA settings
categorized according to their functionality.
• The Maintenance options in the Navigator provide access to maintenance features
such as network configurations, MCA information, errors/diagnostics, firmware
updates, etc.
The Data view, right top rectangular box, contains graphical widgets for displaying and
interacting with measured data.
• Acquisition control is through the Acquisition Panel.
• Displays in graphical format the MCA’s spectral data and Digital Oscilloscope data,
and SCA/AUX Counter’s Time Series data.
• The option to expand the plot to show a split-screen display, with the whole
spectrum in the lower half of the display and the expanded portion in the upper half.
