Hot-desking
In Release 5.0.0, mobile integration is supported for hot-desking accounts.
After logging in, hot-desk users can pair, connect, and import contacts from the mobile phone. On
logging out, the mobile phone is disconnected and unpaired from the desk phone, and the mobile
phone contacts removed from the desk phone. On the next login using the same desk phone, any
Bluetooth device that was earlier paired and connected, is automatically paired and connected with
the phone and the mobile phone contacts are imported from the server.
With hot-desking, a desk phone can retain 30 Bluetooth device pairings per user. Of these, two are
special pairings; the pairing with handsets and speakers. Handsets and speakers can be paired with
the desk phone only when logged out of the hot-desking account and the paired state is preserved
between any hot desk log in and log out.
