Setting Data Blocks
This section explains the settings required for data blocks. Set the number of fields, the field labels, and
the data format for each field.
Setting Data Blocks
Select PT - Data Block Setting.
The Data Block Setting Dialog Box will be displayed. Data blocks can be added, edited, and deleted
using this dialog box.

No. Item Details
1 Data block list Lists the registered data blocks. Select the data block from the list to edit or delete it.
2 Edit Button
Edits the data block selected from the list. Click the Edit Button to display the Register Data
Block Dialog Box.
3 Add Button
Creates a new the data block. Click the Add Button to display the Register Data Block
Dialog Box.
Up to 100 data blocks can be created.
4 Delete Button
Deletes the selected data block from the list.
A confirmation dialog box will be displayed when the Delete Button is clicked. Click the Yes
Button to delete.
5 Parameter Button
Selects the character code to use in the data file. A data block parameter setting dialog box
will be displayed when the Parameter Button is selected, enabling selection of the char-
acter code between multibyte and Unicode.
6 Icon Button Specifies a bitmap or JPEG file for the icon. The Details Dialog Box is displayed.
