6.5 Scattered radiation information
The following table contains the Planmeca ProOne scattered radiation measurement data.
The scattered radiation measurements were made with radiation monitor. The dose probe
was positioned at the level of the focal spot and in the distance of 1 and 2 meters from the
center of the phantom skull.
Radiation monitor: Radcal model 1015
Phantom head: Kyoto Kagaku PTU-2
The average (64 kV / 4 mA) and maximum (70 kV / 7 mA) exposure values were used.
The following figure illustrates the scattered radiation data.
