1.2 X-ray generator related (E03-XXX)
Code Explanation Comments
E03-002 Tube voltage kV exceeded Tube voltage is too high (> 78 kV).
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the tube head and perform the
filament definition.
E03-003 kV exceeded at anode side Tube head is defective (kV exceeded at
anode side).
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the tube head and perform the
filament definition again.
E03-004 kV exceeded at cathode side Tube head is defective (kV exceeded at
cathode side).
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the tube head and perform the
filament definition again.
E03-005 kV too low Line voltage is too low during exposure.
Exposure is not possible. Check the line
voltage. If the voltage is likely to fluctuate
below 90 V or over 264 V install a UPS
between the mains supply and the X-ray
unit to ensure correct operation.
E03-006 kV out of limits Tube voltage cannot be adjusted within the
tolerance limits.
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the PSU assembly/ tube head.
Then perform the filament definition again.
E03-007 kV out of limits at anode side Symmetrical tube voltage cannot be
adjusted within the tolerance limits at anode
side.
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the tube head. Then perform the
filament definition again.
E03-008 kV feedback circuit Tube voltage feedback circuit is open or
faulty.
Exposure is not possible. Replace the PSU
assembly/ tube head. Then perform the
filament definition again.
E03-009 kV too low Selected tube voltage is too low (< 5 kV).
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the PSU assembly/ tube head.
Then perform the filament definition again.
