Code Explanation Comments
E05-004 Motors (CPU) Voltage Power supply for motors (linear motor, lift
motor, temple support motor) does not rise.
Check the cabling by disconnecting/
reconnecting cables for linear motor (J3), lift
motor (J4) and temple support motor (J8)
one by one. If necessary, replace the CPU
PCB.
E05-005 Short circuit Power supply switch for motors (linear
motor, lift motor, temple support motor) is
short circuited.
Replace the CPU PCB.
E05-006 30 V (CPU) Low voltage Power supply to lift motor is too low (Motor
power < 23 V).
Check the cabling by disconnecting/
reconnecting cables for lift motor (J4). If
necessary, replace the CPU PCB.
E05-007 Power supply to temple support motor is too
low (Motor power < 23 V).
Check the cabling by disconnecting/
reconnecting cables for temple support
motor (J8). If necessary, replace the CPU
PCB.
E05-008 Display (CPU) Voltage out of limits Display voltage is out of limits (3.0-3.6 V).
Check the display voltage. Replace the
CPU PCB.
E05-009 3V3 (CPU) CPU voltage is out of limits (3.0-3.6 V).
Check the voltage between TP5 and TP8
(GND) on the CPU PCB.
E05-010 5V (USB/ display)
(CPU)
Limit sensor (CPU)
USB/ display voltage is out of limits (4.7-5.3
V).
Check the voltage between TP4 and TP8
(GND) on the CPU PCB.
E05-011 Limit sensor voltage is out of limits (4.7-5.3
V).
Check the voltage between TP2 and TP8
(GND) on the CPU PCB.
E05-012 Line voltage Low voltage Line voltage is too low in stand-by situation.
Check the line voltage. If the voltage is
likely to fluctuate below 90 V or over 264 V
install a UPS between the mains supply and
the X-ray unit to ensure correct operation.
E05-013 Dimax (PSU) Dimax sensor voltage is too low (< 25 V).
Check the voltage between J2-1 and J2-2
on the PSU PCB.
