E03-010 Tube current mA out of limits Tube current cannot be adjusted within the
tolerance limits.
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the tube head. Then perform the
filament definition again.
E03-011 mA out of limits (symmetry) Symmetrical tube current cannot be
adjusted within the tolerance limits.
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the tube head. Then perform the
filament definition again.
E03-012 mA values at filament
definition out of limits
Tube current values at filament definition
cannot be adjusted within the tolerance
limits.
Exposure is not possible. Replace the PSU
assembly and then perform the filament
definition again.
E03-013 mA feedback circuit Tube current feedback circuit is open or
faulty.
Exposure is not possible. Replace the PSU
assembly/ tube head. Then perform the
filament definition again.
E03-017 Tube voltage kV out of limits at cathode
side
Symmetrical tube voltage cannot be
adjusted within the tolerance limits at
cathode side.
Exposure is not possible. Perform the
filament definition again. If necessary,
replace the tube head. Then perform the
filament definition again.
E03-019 Tube head kV too low and mA too high Arcing across X-ray tube.
Exposure is interrupted. Replace the tube
head. Then perform the filament definition
again.
E03-020 kV too low and mA+ too high Arcing at tube head anode side.
Exposure is interrupted. Replace the tube
head. Then perform the filament definition
again.
E03-021 kV too low and mA- too high Arcing at tube head cathode side.
Exposure is interrupted. Replace the tube
head. Then perform the filament definition
again.
E03-022 PSU Exposure time Exposure time was not measured correctly.
Replace the PSU assembly and perform the
filament definition again. If necessary, then
replace the CPU PCB.
