Wear surgical gloves and smooth down the joint with your

Make sure that sealing of structure has been performed
properly

Prepare vehicle surface as for side panel. Refer to step # 2.00

Prepare air intake panel as for side panel
Refer to step # 2.05

Install foam tape 1/8" X ¼" onto structure, as shown in
picture

Install foam tape 1/16" X ¼ onto air intake panel pleat

Apply a bead of 252 onto structure as per picture
Important: Make sure bead is continuous
Triangular bead: 10mm x 8mm

Install panel onto structure Use a jig to make sure that panel is lined up with
engine door tubing.

Use a brush to compress Sika bead
