Panel red fire “ALARM” lamp
on solid and audible alarm on
System not reset after fire
Correct the cause of the fire
and reset the system as
described in the system reset
portion of this manual
Extinguisher cold
Let extinguishers warm up to
room temperature (about
70°F) and recheck the gauge.
If the pointer is then within the
green arc no corrective action
is required
Extinguisher pressure gauge
reading is low
Extinguisher leaking or
discharged
Have the fire extinguisher
serviced by a fire protection
equipment company familiar
with KDS equipment
