A printer driver must be installed if a USB interface will be used for connection. The printer
driver for your unit is found on the “Installer DVD” which is included in the delivery or on
QuickLabel.com.
1) Switch label printer off.
2) Connect computer and label printer with an A-B cable.
3) Switch computer on.
4) Place the “Installer DVD” in the DVD drive.
5) Exit all programs currently running.
6) Switch printer on.
The Windows Installation Wizard is started automatically.
7) Follow the on-screen instructions. After successful installation, an icon for the label printer
appears in the Windows “Printer” system folder.
8) Click icon in “Printer” system folder and edit printer settings if necessary.
Connecting Label Printer via RS-232 interface
1) Connect the 9-pin socket to the matching port of the computer.
2) Install the Windows Printer Driver from the DVD included in the delivery of the printer.
