4.2 Updating the monitor software
This function allows you to update the software of the device. Current
software packages can be found at www.seca.com.
NOTICE!
Data loss
► Export seca patient files and user accounts manually before updat-
ing the software (for operation without
seca analytics 115 PC
software).
► Before updating the software, ensure that all the data on the device
have been synchronized with the
seca analytics 115 PC software
(for operation with
seca analytics 115 PC software).
1. Press the System tab.
2. Press the Monitor button.
3. Press the Software update Monitor button.
4. Select the source for the software update:
► USB memory stick: continue at step 5.
► Network: Continue at step 6.
5. Connect the USB memory stick to the monitor.
The software package is automatically transmitted to the device.
Following successful transmission, the Start software update button is
active.
6. Press the Start software update button.
The software package will be installed.
Following successful installation, the device restarts automatically.
