► Press the Vital signs tab: ➔ Measuring vital signs

9. Remove the electrode cables from the electrodes.
10. Remove the electrodes from the patient.
Performing a measurement (without
WiFi direct connection to the
measuring mat)
If no WiFi direct connection between the monitor and measuring mat is
active, some operating steps can only be carried out on the measuring mat.
Measuring mat and monitor communicate via an infrared connection. The
measuring mat must be suspended in the magnetic catch of the monitor
before and after a measurement to enable data to be transmitted.
NOTE
If you are unsure whether the WiFi direct connection between the
monitor and the measuring mat is active, contact your administrator.
1. Prepare the bioimpedance measurement: ➔ Preparing a bioimpedance
measurement.
2. Press the BIA tab.
NOTE
If you press the operating steps on the screen, additional information
will be displayed to assist you with the bioimpedance measurement.
3. Attach the electrodes to the extremities as shown.
4. Take the measuring mat out of the magnetic catch.
5. Connect the measuring mat to the electrodes ➔ Connecting the
measuring mat.
