measurement:
• Physical exertion
• Eating/drinking
• Brushing teeth
• Smoking
Only perform oral temperature
measurement about 20 minutes after any
of these activities
Set measuring position does not match
actual measuring position
• Select measuring position to suit the
probe used
• Set correct measuring position on device
No probe cover used
• Disinfect the temperature probe

• Use probe cover
Temperature probe faulty
Dispose of temperature probe, use
replacement
