Power failure
When power is cut to the device, its relays fail to the following states:

Relays 3 and 6 are Form C types, so you can wire it either Normally Open or Normally Closed.
Check the wiring before programming.
To use Relays 3 or 6 as general alarm indicators, set Relay Logic (2.8.1.11.) to Negative and
wire the alarm for Normally Open operation. When an alarm event occurs (see below) or
when power is cut, the circuit closes and the alarm activates.
