10.3.1 Using parameter data sets
Parameter backup
There are several ways of copying parameter data sets from non-volatile memory to the
memory card:
● Automatic backup of parameters to the memory card when the system is switched off/on:
Delete all data on
memory card
or provide an
empty
card
Memory card empty?

Switch SINAMICS
S110
off and on
again
Insert memory card
in CU305
Parameter backup
with index 0 is
saved to memory
card
Log memory card
off (p9400 = 2)
and remove it
from CU305
Has parameter set
with index 0 been
backed up in the ROM
of the CU305?
Yes
No
Copy parameter
set
index 0 from RAM
to ROM
