Overview
Connected using network cable (patch cable) and Ethernet router or switch.
Installation steps:
Connect the Keba power charging station to a switch or Ethernet router.
Connect the Solar-Log™ to a switch or Ethernet router.
Assigning IP addresses
Configure the address according to the manufacturer‘s manual.
The DHCP range (IP address) for the Keba power charging station has to be in the same subnet as the So-
lar-Log™.
The charging station always obtains its IP address via DHCP. That is why the router for the charging station
must always assign the same IP address (static). (Refer to the router‘s manual).
Detection via the Solar-Log
WEB Interface
For detection on the Solar-Log
, select the device class under the menu Configuration | Device | Definition
| Interface
with the plus symbol and then select Keba as the manufacturer. Confirm your selection with OK.
Save your selections and then start the Device Detection under Configuration | Device | Detection.
Detection from the Solar-Log 1200
When using the Solar-Log 1200, the detection can also be started from the display. Select the settings Start
Initial Configuration Page 2 „Device“ Add and select the manufacturer Keba from there. Save and start
the Device Detection.
