Smoke Evacuator Assembly Removal P/N 0702-001-400
1. Slide IV pole grommet (P/N 0702-001-536) (P) up on IV pole approximately 4 inches to
allow front panel removal.
2. Remove two strikeplates (P/N 0702-001-323) (BN) on the bottom of front cover
assembly using 3/16” allen wrench.
3. Remove two socket head button cap screws (P/N 0004-651-000) (CE) on upper front
cover assembly using 3/16” allen wrench.
