5.9 Brush drive
5.9.6 Mounting of brush coupling set
Picture 98: Brush coupling set
• Mount the brush coupling sets (4134043) or (4134044) onto the
brush drive.
Service
Apply gear/bearing lubricant (4039680) on the inside of the bearings
of the roller drive assembly (4134043) or (4134044).
The roller drive with the number (4133403) got grooves on it. Please
ensure that it is mounted onto the correct position, therefore on the
front side in driving direction (red arrow shows driving direction).
Refer to the enclosed picture as well as to TASKI spares.
Picture 99: Bush coupling set position
• Mount the 3 nuts to the roller drive.
• Complete assembling according to chapter MOUNTING OF
BRUSH BELT.
• If needed, complete assembling according to chapter
MOUNTING OF BRUSH DRIVE.
