5.9.8 Mounting of brush motor

Remarks
Before mounting the new motor, remove the motor cover and place it
180° on to it. This will reduce the possibility of clogging the air
coupling rips of the cover.
The belt pulley (4134050) of the brush motor got a separate ordering
number. It has to be ordered separately and does not come wit the
brush motor.
• Mount the belt pulley (4134050) onto the brush motor.
Remarks
Fixate the motor axle with a 10mm fork wrench on the top side. Us
a 19mm fork wrench to tighten the belt pulley onto the motor axle.
• Position the brush motor.
• Mount the 3 washers and nuts screws for the brush motor.
• Complete assembling according to chapter MOUNTING OF
BRUSH BELT.
• Complete assembling according to chapter MOUNTING OF
BRUSH DRIVE.
