6.1.3 Start up/Self holding
The TASKI swingo 2100µicro, 4000/5000 and AERO 3500µicro have an emergency loop.
This includes a separate relay (2100µicro: 4127063, 4000/5000: 4129311, 3500µicro:
4134244), which switches the complete power of the machine. In an emergency situation
you shut down the machine by pressing the stop actuator (4127060).
The machine is switched ON by turning the key (4130800) to the „Start“ position, similar
known as with cars. When the key switch is turned to the „Start“ position, then it activates
the micro switch (4124476) and feeds the electronics with power. The electronics get
power and it enables the processor to start and go into the self holding. Afterwards the
key falls back into the position „1“ and keeps the micro switch activated.
• The electronics stays on as long it is:
• Not switched OFF by the key switch.
• The switch-off timer does not reach 5 minutes.
• The charger is not connected to main OR battery plug is not
connected to charger jack housing (2100µicro, 3500µicro:
4043320, 4000/5000: 4129668).
• The stop actuator is not pressed.
