My receiver equipment no longer receives a session
after a switch operation in Amethyst III. Why?
Receivers may use destination and source IP and port parameters to
identify the session. If the incoming sessions are distinct when the switch
occurs, the receivers act as if the session had disappeared. In that case,
use the masquerading feature in the TS over IP output dialog box so that
the output sessions parameters are identical whatever the active input.
It is also recommended that the parameters be consistent with the
configuration of the session that goes through the equipment when the
bypass is enabled.
