Applying a Configuration from Equipment A
to Equipment B
To get a configuration from one Amethyst III equipment and copy it to
another Amethyst
III equipment, proceed as follows:
1. Follow the steps described in Section ’Getting a Configuration’ on
page 230 above.
2. In the confXMLContBufferValue leaf, copy the content of the
configuration you got earlier.
3. In the ConfParName leaf, set a name for the configuration.
4. In the ConfCommand leaf, enter the following command:
SendNewConfiguration (4)
5. Check the response status in the ConfRespStatus leaf.
