where:
port The ATM port number. REQUIRED
vpi The Virtual Path Identifier. REQUIRED
vci The Virtual Channel Identifier. OPTIONAL
transmit Enable/disable transmission of CC cells. OPTIONAL
receive Enable/disable loss of continuity. OPTIONAL
auto Enable/disable remote CC activation/
deactivation.
