Modify the ATM OAM settings.
SYNTAX:
atm oam config [clp = <number{0-1}>]
[loopbackid = <string>]
where:
clp The CLP bit value of the OAM cells. OPTIONAL
loopbackid The loopback id (hexadecimal string) for
processing of segment loopback cells.
