4.5.7 Bypass feed roller

(1) Take off the bypass upper unit.

(2) Remove the clip and take off the bypass feed
roller.
Notes:
Make sure the following items when
assembling the bypass feed roller.
1. Set the timing belt to the pulley securely.
2. Do not put the wrong position when
setting the timing belt.
3. Be sure to insert the clip into the groove
of shaft.
4. Check that there is no stain such as oil on
the surface of timing belt, the pulley and
the roller.
5. Install the bypass pickup roller and the
bypass feed roller in the correct direction.

(1) Take off the bypass upper unit.

(2) Remove 1 E-ring and slide the bushing to the
inner side.

(3) Move the shaft to the right side and remove
the left bushing. Then take off the bypass
transport roller.
