4.10.9 Upper paper exit roller
(4) Release a harness from 3 hooks [1].
(5) Take off the reverse path cover switch (SW5)
[2] from the sensor bracket.
(6) Disconnect a connector from the reverse
path cover switch [2].

(1) Take off the bracket of the upper paper exit
roller unit.

(2) Remove the E-ring from the rear side and
then remove the gear.

(3) Remove E-rings from both ends.
(4) Take off the upper paper exit roller by
removing the gear and the bearing.
