7.3.2 Air Pressure-Dependent Adjustment
This kind of adjustment can only be carried out by using the diagnostics
tool.
A barometer
2
is required for air pressure-dependent adjustment of the air
flow sensor. The following steps must be taken:
1. Press the “Settings” button so that you can change the figures in the
diagnosis tool on the “Settings” screen.

2. Determine the height above sea level (NN) at the aspirating smoke
detection system installation site and enter it in the “Settings“ screen.
3. Using a hand-held barometer, measure the air pressure and enter
this figure in the “Settings” screen in the diagnosis tool as well.
If this measured air pressure does not correspond to the annual average
for that height, then the air flow sensor will not adjust to 0 %.
