Probe insertion lock:
Tip: The Pump probe button is labelled VAC on the instrument.
3. Ensure that the Viton O-ring is present in the insertion lock retaining
flange groove.
4. Attach the probe insertion lock to the source housing.
5. Tighten the two thumbscrews that secure the probe insertion lock to the
source housing.
6. Open the reference reservoir pump valve.
7. On the MassLynx Tune window, click Vacuum > Pump Source.
