Parameter Description

High Sensitivity When the parameter is selected, the

instrument operates in high-sensi-

tivity mode for the z-focus and the

z-lens steering. When the parameter

is cleared, the instrument operates in

low-sensitivity mode for the z-focus

and the z-lens steering.
