3. Lift the collimating slits assembly out of the outer source lid assembly.
4. Disassemble the collimating slits assembly by unscrewing and removing
the screw securing each slit to the alignment block and removing the
slits.
To clean the collimating slits:
1. Rub each side of the slit with 1200-grade wet/dry paper.
