B-6 The MassLynx Tune window
To save an instrument parameter file:
Click File > Save.
Result: Saves all the instrument parameters in the current Tune window into
the current instrument parameter file (which is indicated in the Tune window
title bar).
Tip: This option is available only if changes have been made to Tune window
parameters since opening the instrument parameter file.
To save an instrument parameter file to a new filename:
1. Click File > Save As.
2. In the Save As dialog box, enter a filename for the new instrument
parameter file.
3. Click OK.
Tip: The Tune window title bar is updated to the new filename.
To print a report of the current Tune window:
1. Click File > Print.
2. In Print dialog box, click OK.
Result: A report containing the peak display and the tune parameters
for the current ion mode is printed.
