Hydraulic Pipe and Switch Connector
1. Remove the pipe stay (3).
2. Disconnect the hydraulic oil delivery pipe (5) with hydraulic
block.
3. Disconnect the range shift switch connector (1).
4. Disconnect the parking lock switch connector (2).
5. Disconnect the parking lock rod (4).
(When reassembling)
• See page 4-S6 for adjusting the parking lock rod (4).

Shift Cover
1. Set the main change shift lever (3) to the neutral position.
2. Set the range shift lever (2) to the H position.
3. Remove the shift cover (1) mounting screws.
4. Screw in the M8 × 1.25 mm screw (or M14 × Pitch 1.5 mm
screw) to threaded hole (a) for jack up the shift cover (1).
5. Remove the shift cover (1) gently.
(When reassembling)
• Set the all main change shift fork (4), (5) and (6) to "neutral"
position and shifters in the transmission on neutral position, and
range shift forks (7) and shifters in the transmission on H side
(forward).
• Apply liquid gaskets (Three Bond 1206C or equivalent) to joint
face.

Range Gear Shift Fork and Range Gear Shift Arm
1. Remove the roll pins (1), fork rod (3) and range shift forks (2).
2. Remove the ball (detent) (4) and spring (5).
3. Remove the roll pin (1) and stopper plate (6).
4. Draw out the range shift arm (7).
(When assembling)
• Be sure to assemble the range shift lever and arm (7) as an
original direction shown in figure.
• Be careful not to lose the detent ball (4) and spring (5).
