With discharge the refrigerant from system
1. See page 9-S18.
2. Disconnect the low pressure hose (8) and high pressure hose
(9) from compressor (5).
(When reassembling)
Charge the refrigerator to the air conditioner system. (See page
9-S20.)
Apply compressor oil (DENSO CO. ND-OIL8) to the O-rings and
be careful not to damage them.
IMPORTANT
After removing the condenser, return the front wheel to
straight.

Hoses and Steering Joint Shaft
1. Remove the hose clamps (1).
2. Disconnect the heater hoses (2).
3. Disconnect the breather hose (3).
4. Remove the steering joint shaft mounting screw (5) then
disconnect the steering joint shaft (4) from steering joint.
5. Disconnect the master cylinder hose (6) and master cylinder
return hose (7).
(When reassembling)
Be sure to fix the heater hose to the original position. Note the
inlet hose and outlet hoses.
