Detailed Volume Information
page appears with the volume names in the first column of the
Volume
Information
section below (see reference 2 in Figure 50).

Web-Mgt, Modify Volume
To modify volume configurations, open the
Detailed Volume Information
view (Figure 51 on page 77). From this
view the following modifications can be made to a volume:
Change the volume name
Change the cache policy
View the pool, the RAID level, the capacity, the Global ID, and the Local ID of the volume
Add and remove volume-host mapping schemes as detailed in “Modify Volume–Host Mappings” on
page 82
Create or change a volume comment
Delete a volume by selecting it and clicking
Delete
(bottom of the view)
Add and remove host mappings
Note. A volume cannot be deleted with an active host mapping. Mappings can be removed through the
Available Hosts
and
Selected Hosts
options in this view.
