2. Supply or change the required settings to customize the system parameters for this ISE.
3. Click
SAVE CHANGES
near the bottom of the data content area.
The view refreshes.
4. Hover the pointer over the
Environment
item on the navigation bar and select the
MRC
option from the
drop-down list to view the Fibre Channel Port Speed setting.
Fibre Channel Port Speed is described in “Fibre Channel Port Speed” on page 52.
5. Expand the selection box and click the appropriate speed.
6. Click
SAVE CHANGES
in the Global MRC FC Speed Setting section of the data content area.
Command Line Interface (CLI)
The system parameters may be changed at any time. With the CLI, all parameter changes become effective
immediately upon entry (see Step 2 below).
To set system parameters, connect to the ISE using the remote console (see “Command Line Interface” on
page 35 for details). Then perform the following steps:
1. From the prompt, set or change the system parameters using the syntax shown in Table 13 on page 49.
For example, to set the System Name, enter configure --name=<ise_systemname>, where
<ise_systemname> is the name to be associated with the ISE. Text strings with embedded blanks must
be enclosed in quotes.
2. Press
E
NTER.
The console window displays the updated parameter list.
