Modify Volume–Host Mappings
The volume-host mapping scheme can be modified at any time after initial configuration. The Orchestrator,
Web-Mgt, and the CLI can be used as follows:
Modify volumes and hosts with the Orchestrator (see Orchestrator User Guide).
Modify volumes and hosts with the Web-Mgt (see “Web-Mgt”).
Delete mappings with the Web-Mgt (see “Delete Volume–Host Mapping”).
Modify the volume-host mapping with the CLI (see “CLI, Modify Volume–Host Mapping” on page 84).
Orchestrator
To modify the volume–host mappings using the Orchestrator, select
All Devices

Web-Mgt
Modify the volume-host mapping scheme at any time by editing volumes or hosts. To do so, use the Detailed
Volume Information page or Detailed Host Information page as described in “Volume and Host Configuration
on page 75.
Delete Volume–Host Mapping
Orchestrator
To delete ISE volume–host mappings using the Orchestrator, select
All Devices

Web-Mgt
The steps involved in deleting host maps are presented in “Mapping Volumes and Hosts” on page 64. To see
mappings from the Web-Mgt, open the Volume Summary view (
Volume

) or the Host Summary
view (
Host

Summary
). Deleting a mapping removes the visibility of the volume by the host. To delete
mappings:
1. Click the
Edit
button in one of the following locations:
In the Mapping column on the
Host Summary
page (Figure 41 on page 59) or
Volume Summary
page
(Figure 44 on page 62)
To the right of
Selected Hosts
list-box on the
Detailed Volume Information
page (shown in Figure 51 on
page 77)
Next to the
Selected Volumes
list-box on the
Detailed Host Information
page (shown in Figure 53 on
page 79)
