When M0 is from OFF→ON, run ‘PLSR HD0 HD100 K1 Y0’ in the BLOCK to output the
pulse;
When M1 is from OFF→ON, stop running the BLOCK, the pulse will stop slowly with slope;
When M4 is from OFF→ON, abandon the rest pulses.
