Parameters for Motion Control
Bits C to F: Monitor 4
Select the SERVOPACK information to report in the IL34 monitor parameter (Servo Driver
User Monitor 4) from the following list.
0 to F: Same as monitor 2.

Set the alarm number to monitor for the following motion commands.
• ALM_MON (Monitor Alarms)
• ALM_HIST (Monitor Alarm History)
